We strive for knowledge. We ready, we study, we research. But when it comes to God? St Joan of Arc knew the Our Father, Hail Mary, and Creed. It's not the knowledge, but the relationship and the trust placed in it. Alleluia.

It is comparable to that special relationship with a sibling, best friend, or spouse all rolled into one. No matter how much you give, Jesus always gives back more. Alleluia.

Our friendship with Jesus is not checking the box, keeping Him in a box, an obligation, or giving something to get something.

All living things grow. Our faith is the same. It takes time..., the right food..., pruning..., and patience. Jesus is the vine and we are a branch. This relationship is ongoing - in the beginning, is now, and will be forever. Alleluia.

Jesus gives us the answers to all our questions. Quite often we don't like them and continue to do it our way. If we would only listen. Alleluia.
