Too many of us try to find a comfortable place between the secular world and the Church. There is no such space. We are either the Lord's disciples; or followers of the evil one. And Jesus clearly told us the potential outcome of that choice. It is never too late to move out of the middle ground. Alleluia.
God speaks to us like a parent to a child - all the time. When we listen we will come to hear and understand how our Father talks to us through conversations, books, or movies. His words our full of love, peaceful, and fulfilling. Alleluia.
...on His terms. King of the Universe. Word made flesh. Been there, done that, and has the scars to prove it. Knows us better than we know ourselves. Maybe, just maybe, we should listen to Him. I know, He's pretty selfish and His rules are hard. He wants us to be with Him for eternity. Alleluia.
Our God born as a baby shows us something of Himself. Growing with Him we can grow in a whole new way of purpose and direction, no matter our age or stage of life. He lovingly takes us as we are and where we are. The change will be slow and subtle, but inevitable for Him all things are possible. Alleluia.
Glory to God in the highest. We have waited. The star led the way and now the angels sing the arrival of our Savior - a child is born... One of the two greatest events in our history where heaven and earth meet, and the fate of mankind is changed for ever. Celebrate! Alleluia.
There is nothing greater than God; and so there is nothing greater than God's love. What more do we need? What more can complete us, give us purpose, fulfill our every desire? Yet we look for those things everywhere except from just God. God gives us the time and space to come to this realization. In 2 days we celebrate God's greatest gift of Himself to us. Alleluia.
God's love never changes, is perfect, and is the only thing that fulfills our deepest yearnings. We can deny or ignore it, but we are the one to suffer without it. And we will be incomplete without it. Alleluia.
