Lectio Divina

Four steps:

1. Read - where to start in allowing God to talk to you

2. Meditate - opening the heart to what was read

3. Pray - ask the Holy Spirit to help understand what was read

4. Contemplate - enter into a deeper relationship with God by applying what was read to own life
