Focus or Distraction

When you find yourself stressed, do you focus on Jesus Christ through prayer and scripture or turn to a worldly distraction to temporarily occupy your mind? If through trial and error you have tried both, which leaves you without further regret? If distraction is your preferred choice, might I suggest giving Jesus a chance, or two, or three.
