At the end of the day reflect on all that happened. Decide what was important (Daily Mass, reading Scripture or Praying) and what was unimportant (social media, games, or TV). Then compare the feelings associated with the important versus the unimportant. Lastly, pick one unimportant activity and reduce the time spent on it or eliminate it totally and add the gained time to an important activity. Repeat as needed. Amen.
