denial
If we deny God, we deny His love and mercy. If we deny all of that then what do we admit to? And what exactly do we have because we don't have what we truly need?
capstone
St Paul describes Jesus as the Capstone - "The greatest part of something." And we are invited to be part of Him and it.
rightly
Jesus shows and clearly tells us what is rightly done on Sundays. We worship God. But we also take care of neighbors in need. The Sabbath is a day abounding in love.
blood
Abel's blood cried out justice. Jesus' blood cried out for mercy; an end to death and forgiveness of sins.
cultivated
We are precious to God. He desires us to be with Him eternally. But we are sinful. So God cultivates us through life experiences to bring about holy growth which will produce much fruit.
interpretation?
How do we interpret what is going on in the world? Should we try? Or, should we turn to the Lord and maintain our peace and sanity?
surges
There is a clear increase in violent evil. But there also a clear increase in people returning to the Church. Faith, Hope and Love are the forces to overcome the evil one's efforts.
beware
The world is full of dangers - traps and distractions - that can damage or steal our dignity. Only Jesus can protect and keep us safe during our worldly journey.
prepared
Are we patiently and intently awaiting the return of Jesus?
treasures
True treasures are not amassed on earth. God's commodity is love and how much we build up the vaults of heaven. Are you rich or poor in that respect?
