Which is it?

Are we receiving "something" or someone? We have to internalize it to externalize it. My internal (mind and soul set) is I am receiving Jesus, a person. My external is I see Jesus in the consecrated bread become His body and wine become His blood. A mystery yes. But possible for the Creator of the heavens and earth? Absolutely! God became man after all.
