Seamless

In Ephesians 6: 10-17, St Paul tells us to put on the "Armor of God." To truly protect ourselves our armor must be seamless -- we must know our weaknesses. Once identified, we pray to God for strength and wisdom and avoid those thing(s) to the best of our ability. While not necessarily easy, this new habit can replace an undesirable habit. Amen.
