Not so much literally. But "the muck" is over-whelming. We need to redirect and refocus to God. A walk in God's creation with a friend of faith is a powerful option. So too is 5-10 minutes of quiet and prayer. Amen.
We can't be focused on what's going on around us, but what is ahead of us. Jesus lifts and guides us to our destination. Stay close; keep your eyes on what He does and your ears to what He says. With Him all things are possible. Amen.
God is there! He waits for us. His love for each of us is be-yond our understanding. He wants to help us with every-thing so we can make it home. Amen.

The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments.” Amen.
