Isolation, not desolation

Some would say the two are the same, but they are not. Desolation is a darkness without hope that can become permanent. Isolation is a temporary separation with hope as Jesus Christ, who suffered it in His Paschal Mystery, is with each and everyone of us if we simply invite Him in. Amen.
