Right now

We are planners. We always look for the right time to marry, start a new job, move, or make an expensive purchase. Problem is there is no perfect time as there are always things going on in life. We can't do the same thing with God. We can't think, "oh, I'll start reading the Gospel of John on a particular date and then I'll start working on a relationship with God two months later." We do not know, nor can we plan for, when we will die. Our relationship with God needs to start and begin growing right now. Our lives and our happiness depend on it. Amen.
